Greetings, Just wanted to let you all know about some upcoming events that you may be interested in attending: August 8th, Taunton, MA - "House of Shimmy" - traditionally a venue to introduce new dancers to performing to live music, our hostess, Aurel, has graciously given over the venue to some fundraising efforts for the documentary. :-) Music is provided by the Leon Manoogian Ensemble, and it includes none other than John Berberian and Harry Bedrosian. Our dancers that evening include none other than Kasim, Kanina, and a cameo by the fabulous Adonna!!! Your ticket price includes buffet dinner. There will be a raffle featuring some great "Legends" related items, including a Jemela Omar skirt and great old music. See www.ancientartstudios.com for more info. August TBD - Athenian Corner, Lowell, MA - Our film crew will be there to get footage of the fabulous house band one evening in August (probably on a Thursday).
